Burj Tower

Burj tower will soon be the highest sky scraper in the world. After completion, it will have a height of about 818M above ground and will have about 162 floors. As of the moment, it is already 636m high, already higher than the highest finished structure in the world.

The amenities of this tower are not just offices, also residential suites, restaurants, library, 15,000 sq ft. fitness and many more. On the water supply system, the tower's water system will supply a staggering 946,000 liters or 250,000 gallons per day. On the electrical system, its electricity demand is estimated at about 36MVA, or 360,000, 100-watt light bulbs working at the same time. For its elevators, double deck cabs will have a capacity of 21 persons per deck and will be the world's fastest elevator at 18m/sec or about 40mph.

For the structural components, the concrete that will be used is about 230,000 cubic meters. This is equivalent to a sidewalk 1,900 km long, or, to make it easier to imagine, this is equivalent to the weight of 100,000 elephants. For the curtain walls, such as metals and glasses, it will have a total area of 111,500 sq. m. or equivalent to 17 football fields.
